CANCELLATION POLICY

  
 

Room will be booked only after receiving the credit card details or 100% advance.
There will be no cancellation on canceling the booking before 45 days of arrival.
One night Tariff + transaction fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within 45 days and more then 15 days from the scheduled booking.
100% cancellation will be charged on cancellation within last 15 days.
100% cancellation will be charged on NO SHOW.
Also be informed that cancellation has to be made through fax on +91 294 2412081 or on the corresponding email ID : info@travelmadeeady.in  ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.
We do not accept Cancellations over Phone
In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, Airfare, Transport, govt. tax, fuel etc we are bound to augment the same.
